Gokul Geetha Narayanan
G.N. Gokul (born 15 February 1984, Muvattupuzha, Kerala) is an Indian Carnatic vocalist from Cochin, Kerala, India. He was introduced to music at age 10. In his earlier days, he received training in the renowned Aluva Sangeetha Sabha, popularly known as TASS. Later, he studied under M.R. Madhusudhana Menon. [1][2]
Gokul is a computer engineer by profession and holds two master's degrees in computer science and management. His M.Tech specialization thesis is in information security in a cloud environment.
Gokul is the first son of Professor B. Narayana Pillai and Professor Geetha Prakasini. He is the brother of renowned chess grandmaster G.N. Gopal and has been instrumental in shaping G.N.'s career.
