The Gramos Incident was an alleged attack by the Greek army on Albania in 1950, with the aim of capturing the mountains of Gramos. The existence of the attack was and still is disputed by the Greek side and the British military command in Greece who were at the time advising and overseeing Greek military operations.[citation needed]
