Guillaume Monast (born May 12, 1988) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is currently playing for the Idaho Steelheads in the ECHL.
On September 26, 2008, he was signed as a free agent by the Dallas Stars to a three-year entry-level contract.[1]
