Justin Bowers (born March 20, 1985) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player who most notably played in the American Hockey League (AHL).
During the 2010–11 season on December 31, 2010, Bowers was signed by the Portland Pirates to a professional tryout from the ECHL's Road Warriors.[1]
On July 26, 2012, Bowers signed to a one-year contract with the inaugural San Francisco Bulls of the ECHL.[2] Prior to the 2012–13 season he was announced by the Bulls as their franchise first Captain on October 12th, 2012. Despite leading the Bulls and placing amongst the team leaders in scoring with 29 points in 37 games, Bowers was traded along with Sacha Guimond in a reshuffle by the Bulls to the Gwinnett Gladiators in exchange for three players on January 14, 2013.[3]
