Guilt (Greek: Ενοχή, Enohi) 2009)[1] is a feature Greek - Cypriot film, directed by the Greek director - writer and producer Vassilis Mazomenos.

Plot[edit]

The film refers to the 50-year Cypriot national tragedy through the memories of an old man, a former gun dealer at death's door. A nightmare, through his operation, unmasks the reality of his own life and reveals his guilt feeling about his country.

Reviews[edit]

As Vrasidas Karalis wrote in the History of Greek cinema:[2] "His later films Remembrance (2002) Words and Sins (2004) and Guilt (2010) received many positive reviews and international recognition; especially the last in which Mazomenos explored narrative cinema through a nightmarish and confronting story."
