Randy Goffe the creater of HOME, is a music producer from PUnta Gorda Florida USA, who now lives in Chicago.[1] His music created on the project is often classified as Synthwave or Chillwave, genres influenced by 70s and 80s music. Many consider him the creator of chillsynth.
He is most know for his song 'Resonance' for his 2014 album Odyssey, which he start at age 16. 'Resonance' is on of the most well know songs of the genre and has been repeatedly remixed in different forms, including in 'Childish Gambino - Do Ya Like'.
Many of HOME's demos are widely used in YouTube videos.
