- HYS Enterprise was founded in 2007 by Hans Uithol and Yuri Warczynski.
- 2015 - HYS has launched a game development studio Carl Games.
- 2015 - HYS Enterprise became a partner of the STEP IT Academy.[2]
- 2016 - the company became a partner of the IT Cluster Odessa.[3]
- 2016 - HYS Enterprise launched a charity project for the Week of fun-filled programming for children, supported by Victoriya Tigipko together with the Code Club UA,.[4][5]
