HYS Enterprise (Helping You Succeed) – an international software house with headquarters in the Netherlands and a development center in Odessa, Ukraine. The company is in the top 10 largest IT companies in the South region of Ukraine.[1] Company’s portfolio - IT outsourcing projects, the Epicflow software – a web application for managing multi-projects, game development. - HYS Enterprise is founded in 2007 by Hans Uithol and Yuri Warczynski.
- 2015 - HYS has launched a game development studio Carl Games.
- 2015 - HYS Enterprise became a partner of the STEP IT Academy.[2]
- 2016 - the company became a partner of the IT Cluster Odessa.[3]
- 2016 - HYS Enterprise launched a charity project for the Week of fun-filled programming for children, supported by Victoriya Tigipko together with the Code Club UA,.[4][5]
- 2016 - the Epicflow presentation at the Web Summit conference [6] in Lisbon, Portugal [7]
- In February 9, 2017, Peak Value provides HYS Enterprise with an award for the fastest growing company.[8]

HYS Enterprise specializes in software engineering and IT consulting [9] for the telecom industry, delivers software solutions for Location Based Services (LBS), the transportation and logistics industries, the financial and the energy sectors. HYS Enterprise is servicing over 10% of Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO) in the Netherlands.[10] The LBS projects include Batavierenrace, Four Days Marches Nijmegen, the Rotterdam Marathon [11] The company works with customers and partners in the design, creation, deployment and upgrading of systems.

In 2016 Yuri Warczynski has received the best CEO of the Year in IT BIZ Awards,[12] due to the company's growth by 100% within 18 months while improving profitability without marketing spending, realizing the 4A management principles.[13]
