Haji Muhammad Safoori was a Punjabi poet from southern Punjab. He wrote a poetic book on Sasi Ponu, a famous mythology of southern Punjab.[1] He was one of the grandsons of Saleh Muhammad Safoori who was the son of Hazrat Mai Safoora Qadiriyya, descendant of Umar, second caliph of Suni Islam.
