From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Happy Dad is a brand of hard seltzer drinks made by the Nelk boys.[1][2][3] It is produced at Minhas Craft Brewery, the second oldest brewery in the United States.[4] Happy Dad is available in 4 flavours; wild cherry, lemon-lime, watermelon, and pineapple.[5] All flavours are gluten-free.[6] The brand was founded in 2021 by Kyle Forgeard, John Shahidi and Sam Shahidi.[7]

History[edit]

Happy Dad launched for public sale on 14 June 2021.[8] Nik Richie purchased Happy Dad on launch day.[8]

Foodgod gave the watermelon flavour a positive review.[9][10]

The New York Times reported on Happy Dad as part of reporting into the Nelk boys' recent activities.[3]

Happy Dad is frequently sold out leading to clashes getting the product as well as swaps.[11] The Instagram account for the brand was temporarily deleted during launch.[citation needed]

Atlantic Beverage Distributors partnered with Happy Dad in July 2021 to bring the drinks to Massachusetts and Rhode Island.[12][13]
