Dr. Harish Grover (born 21 May 1991) is an Indian chiropractor and physiotherapist[1]. He is the founder of Painflame Clinic in Gurgaon, Haryana[2], Grover’s YouTube channel, Dr. Harish Grover Chiropractor, has over 7.3 million subscribers and 3.9 billion total views as of 2025[3][4][5]
Early life and education
Grover was born in Hisar, Haryana, and earned his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology in 2011[6][7][8]. He later pursued a Master’s degree in Chiropractic from Stockholm and a Ph.D. in Spine Rehabilitation in 2021.[9]
Career
In 2014, Grover founded the Painflame Clinic to introduce chiropractic and posture alignment therapy in India[10][11].
Grover’s YouTube channel, Dr. Harish Grover Chiropractor, has over 7.3 million subscribers and 3.9 billion total views as of 2025[12], featuring educational videos on spine health and chiropractic awareness.[3][13][14]
