Script error: No such module "AfC submission catcheck". Japan and Australia have met only five times in international rugby. They first played in 1975 with Japan's two test match tour of Australia. Australia has won all five meetings between the two countries including their two Rugby World Cup matches at the 1987 Rugby World Cup and the 2007 Rugby World Cup.
