Horton, California

Horton is a former settlement in Inyo County, California.[1]

It was located at the junction of the Death Valley and Tonopah and Tidewater Railroads 3.2 miles (5.1 km) east-southeast Death Valley Junction.[1]

The name honors Ben Horton, railroad company official.[1]
