Hotel Flamingo Oasis is a 26 floor, 95 metre tall 4 Star Hotel In Benidorm, Spain, which generally caters for British and German package holiday tourists from the TUI Group. [1]
Completed in 2000, it is the 29th tallest building in Benidorm.
History[edit]
Hotel Flamingo Oasis was opened in 2000 under the Gran Resort Hotel brand.
From 2016-2019, Hotel Flamingo Oasis was owned and operated by MedPlaya, in 2019, the resort was acquired by Azora. [2]
On December 25th 2008, a British resident died after falling from a balcony at the resort. [3]
The Hotel successfully achieved Travelife gold certification throughout the 2016-18 period. [4]
The hotel has been closed to guests since March 2020 due the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic.
Layout and Amenities[edit]
Floors 23-26 and the roof are opened to guests who have booked into Club Rooms. Upon the rooftop lies one of the three swimming pools. The main swimming pool is located outdoors with another smaller pool being located inside, aside the fitness suite. The restaurant is located on ground level, with a separate dining area and entrance for Club customers. Adjacent to the restaurant lies the Fiesta Flamingo entertainment bar, where nightly entertainment is broadcast.

Hotel Flamingo Oasis is located on Avenido del Doctor Severo Ochoa. The hotel is approximately 60km away from Alicante-Elche Airport [5] where most of the guests arrive into. The Levante Beach is around a 20-minute walk from the hotel. [6]
