iBihar is a community action group in Bihar which is the first set of solutions that was selected at the meeting of the National Action Group of PIIndia (Parliamentarians with Innovators For India), which is an inclusive, bipartisan, pan-India action group for fighting Covid-19. This group has been responding to the pandemic by collaborating with Members of Parliament in India, state level legislators, policy makers, specialists, and business leaders to help the teams offering innovative solutions that impact, improve, and/or save lives of the migrants and the urban poor, facing multiple vulnerabilities.[1][2]
This community action based initiative is supporting migrant labourers of Bihar through mobile app and online bulk cash transfer during this ongoing crisis emanating out of Covid-19.[3] [4]
History
iBihar is founded by Anis Bari who is an Author, Entrepreneur and a Mason Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School[5]
