IMAGEofMYST
IMAGEofMYST was an APPLE IIE game from 1985 which was scrapped in very late development. Not much is known about the text-adventure game. The only known information comes from an old Apple employee who worked on the game, but before much was explained Steve Ubbs passed away at the age of 57. Some have tried to open and play the leaked game files, but none have been successful. The few things we do know are:
The game was meant to be called "Images In The Myst" but due to file name storage and tired, underpaid workers it was named IMAGEofMYST.
The game was a horror mystery with some self-aware comedy, not much unlike Zork.
At one point in the 90s Namco thought about buying the rights and making it into an RPG, though this never happened.
