iPad kid
The term iPad kid is used in the United States and some other coutries in the anglosphere to describe young children, normally in the timespan of Generation Alpha who have had many of their early childhood spent watching and interacting with tablets and are presumably addicted to their devices.[1][2][3][4][5] A 2017 study concluded that at least 80 percent of young children had access to a portable device,[6] and schoolchildren had an average screentime of around seven hours a day.[7]
