INFLUENCE WORSHIP is a Filipino Christian band from Dumaguete City, Philippines. The band was formed in 2019.
Background
INFLUENCE WORSHIP is a worship band that originated as part of Covenant Life Church Dumaguete, Philippines. Formed in 2019 as part of INFLUENCE Movement, the band consists of members from different churches in the area. It was a vision from the Lord to INFLUENCE Founder/Director, Mr. Jeruel Pino, to gather different church musicians to be able to break the wall of denominational mindset and be united as one in Christ. Late in the year 2018, Influence Worship started to write songs and decided to record their very first single “DIOS IKAW LANG”. The vision and mission of the band is to help different churches be united in the Lord. After their very first single, the band decided to record more songs “SA GUGMA MO”, “TONO SA PAGDAYEG”, “DAHUNOG” & “IMO LANG” with the help of songwriter Ms. Kindness Dagondong and produced by JFIVE PRO Production, which is also their very own company. Year 2019, the band had 4 major concerts in Bais City & Dumaguete City in Visayas, Monkayo and Tagum City in Mindanao. They were supposed to have another 4-6 major concerts in the same year in different cities in the country but were unable to proceed due to the coronavirus pandemic. In 2023, they were able to release two songs “SAYAW” and “GUGMA MO” and were able to tour around the Philippines doing Worship Nights Concerts. It was amazing that they had touched so many people’s lives through their music. As of the moment, the group is writing and recording more songs for God’s glory. INFLUENCE WORSHIP is a band engaging today’s generation to know God and make God known.
