Innova Capital is a private equity firm in the CEE region based in Warsaw, Poland. The firm has EUR€1.1 billion in total funds managed.[1] It was founded in 1994 as Poland Partners, when it raised the first major fund in Central and Eastern Europe comprised entirely of private capital. The firm has completed nearly 60 investments in 10 countries in the CEE region.[1] It invests in companies with a range of industries including manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare. Former portfolio companies include Wirtualna Polska,[2] Euronet Worldwide,[3] Polskie ePłatnośći[4] and Orange Romania.[5] Innova was the subject of a Harvard Business School case study regarding changes in its power structure which occurred in 2012.[6]
