Innovative Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (Fiinovation) is an Indian research based organization started in 2008 with the head office in New Delhi.[1] It is a multidisciplinary research consultancy that operates in the domain of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability. [2] The organization operates primarily through five different practices namely: CSR- CSO Partnership, CSR Policy Design & Development, Programme Management, Impact Assessment and Sustainability Reporting. Their range of partners includes civil society organizations and corporate houses across India.

Fiinovation works towards providing solutions to various civil society organizations (CSO) and corporations across India through practices that are designed to enhance quality across organizational value chains through innovation.Over the last five years, the organization has created a niche for itself through its extensive work in the corporate social responsibility and sustainability arena. [3][4]
Management structure[edit]
Fiinovation laid its foundation with four employees in the year 2008 and since then has achieved phenomenal growth with over a hundred employees in 2013 and presence across India in terms of its services.
Mr. S. Chakraborty[5] is the Chief Executive of the organization, who is an experienced representative from the service and the entrepreneurial sector. He is an ex aviator by profession and qualification and a financial advisor to various institutions. He ventured in the development sector keeping in mind the changes that he wanted to bring about in the social sector, facilitating a shift from the typical charity mode to a more entrepreneurial and accountable mode of social enterprise development, which started after his post tsunami engagement and the realization of the need of the model in India. He is one of the directors in the board of Innovative Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd. and heads the operations of the organization, which primarily ventures into the development of the social enterprise model and bringing about substantive directional changes in the social sector. He has been the key visionary in ensuring the engagement of the organization in South Asian and African countries addressing social development issues through the lens of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability.
The organization views The Companies Act, 2013 as a platform for corporations to play a proactive role in social development by introducing CSR into corporate boardrooms. He understands that the widespread interest in the issue from the fraternity have helped shape the dialogues on CSR which now focuses on CSR and sustainability, CSR as a social responsibility and CSR leadership. Leadership for him needs to begin by restructuring of organizations where the focus is on now on what from whom. He is an advocate for delivery systems and not just delivery targets. The belief is that CSR is not a part of the profit but how the profits are made. The organization understands the relevance of corporations adding a human value to their practices, because sooner or later everyone will require a healthy environment to work in.
