History
In January 2011, Andrew Reece and Mike Van Raders founded IRE with the AppTracker product.[2]
In April 2011, IRE released ROL Rentals, an enquiry and inspection booking product.[3]
In 2013, IRE entered the New Zealand market.
In July 2015, REA Group partnered with IRE. This agreement included the integration of the Book-An-Inspection and RegisterOnline functionality across realestate.com.au.[4] [5]
In 2015, Domain Property Advocate integrated with IRE.[6]
In 2015, IRE reached 5 million tenant enquiries from Australian and New Zealanders.[7]
In 2018, IRE expanded into the UK with clients in Scotland and England.[8]
In 2019, website The Onsite Manager integrated IRE's "Inspect Now" booking button.[9]
In 2020, Easy Property Listings integrated with IRE.[10]
In mid 2020, 1Form integrated with IRE's AppTracker solution.[11]
In late 2020, REA Group partnered with IRE to launch the 'Book Inspection Button' on the realestate.com.au portal.[12]
In 2021, IRE won the Prop Tech Award 2021 Finalist for the KeyWhere solution.[13]
In 2022, IRE released IRE One.
