Instant-Wellbeing
Instant-Wellbeing is an Anglo-German collective engaged in song, soundtrack, concept, and event production, created to enhance wellbeing experiences. The team was formed by Adrian F.M. Beesley in 2011 near Cologne, Germany.
History
Instant-Wellbeing writes its own song material and is at home in several genres. The common denominator is their feel-good factor. The first recording, Space//Time ("From here to there"), was an improvised live performance (2011).
It was followed in 2012 by "White nights in Stockholm", which focused on R&B and soul-inspired sounds and was a tribute to the time spent by some of the members in Djursholm, Sweden. Their third session, "Woodhenge", was conceived as documentary soundtracks in 2013 and featured several classical instruments, including oboe, cello, flutes, and choirs. In 2014, the recording "Nevada rocks" took the audience into Instant-Wellbeing's trademark alternative rock world.
Finally, 2015 witnessed the production of the "London Calling" files, reminiscent of their years spent in the English capital, and which made more use of synthesizers and pianos for an enhanced mainstream feel.
Musical style
By Instant-Wellbeing's own admission, their favorite instrumentation consists of acoustic and electric guitars (Ovation, Takamine, Fender Stratocaster), bass guitars (Rickenbacker),
keyboards (Korg), and diverse percussion instruments. These instruments combine to produce their feel-good alternative rock style.
