Intellipaat is an e-learning platform founded by Diwakar Chittora and Shilpi Jain in 2011. This online institute offers courses on Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing and more.[1][2] It works with multiple corporates in India, The United States, Canada, The United Kingdom, etc. to help their employees upskill on new technologies. The headquarters of Intellipaat is located in Jaipur, India with offices in Bengaluru in India, Harrow in England, and Foster City, CA in the US.[3]

History and Partnerships[edit]

Intellipaat was founded in 2011 by a couple, Diwakar Chittora and Shilpi Jain, who had a point in their life when they wanted to upskill themselves in Hadoop. They saw the potential in making a platform that could cater the needs of the learners and started with a seed capital of ₹50,000. In 2015, the company's first office was set up in Koramangala, Bangalore.

In March 2017, Intellipaat announced its partnership with IBM in providing Big Data and Hadoop training for Hadoop developer, administrator, testing and analysts.

In June 2020, Intellipaat announced their partnership with IIT Guwahati's E&ICT Academy to boost professionals' careers.[4]

In June 2020, Intellipaat started providing free courses on Artificial Intelligence, Java, DevOps, Python, Salesforce, Big Data Analytics and others to help people upskill themselves during the pandemic..

In June 2020, Intellipaat announced that they have observed an increase of 25% in enrolment since COVID-19 outbreak.[5]

In September 2020, Intellipaat announced their partnership with With SPJIMR to impart Digital marketing skills for the enthusiasts in India.[6]

In February 2021, Intellipaat announced the association with HerTech Academy sponsored by JobsForHer to bring in more women in technology-related jobs.[7]
