John Mark Salvacion Bartolome simply known as JM Bartolome (born July 5, 1993 in Obando, Bulacan, Philippines) is an Advocate for children with Disability and Orphanage, actor, model and Travel Blogger He is best known for his viral spearheading activities to help children both at home and abroad. In 2016 He play as Gun in Bad Romance: The Series (Thai title: ตกหลุมหัวใจยัยปีศาจ.)
Biography[edit]
John Mark was born and raised in Obando, Bulacan. He is the son Jay Bartolome & Grace Bartolome. His first acting job was in 2014, in a Cameo Appearance in Diary ng Panget. In 2017 he play as alfredo in Maalaala Mo Kaya which immediately became one of the top trending episode that day.
He completed his elementary and high school education through the help of scholarships and financial assistance, and received several class awards and honors. In March 28, 2014 He graduated from Technological University of the Philippines with a degrees of Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management.
John Mark currently own two small business Kuya J Internet Cafe & Printing Services & Kuya J travel & Tours located in Obando, Bulacan. his interests include Lawn Tennis and Travelling. He is a native speaker of Tagalog and also speaks English.
Campus Girl & heartthrob
In 2012, Unisilver Jewelry Open the audition to all students all over the Philippines to promote all the branches of unisilver. During one of his school activities, his friend encourage him to audition for the Global Model search of unisilver entitled Campus Girl & heartthrob. He represent Technological University of the Philippines Over the course of the competition, he escaped elimination several times and gained more votes online, and reached the final fifteen contestants to be part of unisilver jewelry endorser.he eventually finished in second place behind the winner out of 20,000 audition hopefuls. He was part of 2013 calendar Model along with fourteen other winner from different school all over the Philippines with Famous actress Kim Chiu & actor Gerald Anderson. the calendar was distribute all over the Philippines with more than 200,000 copies & several TVC in all Unisilver Jewelry branches.
In July 25, 2012 he participated in global model search of Makabayan watches entitiled MR. & MS. Makabayan with over 1,950 Applicant online. He Finish 3rd out of 20 Finalist.
In December 2012 he Join His first Runway competition in F.A.D Fashion Ambassador Philippines we're in 5 winners will be chosen and his one of the winner.
In 2015, he was casted in Bad Romance: The Series (Thai title: ตกหลุมหัวใจยัยปีศาจ Dtok Loom Hua Jai Yai Bpee Saht).
In same year He joined the Press Gala of Love Love You อยากบอกให้รู้ว่ารัก in Bangkok, Thailand to support the movie.
Philanthropy[edit]
In March 2015, John Mark visited parts of Leyte that were devastated by Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda). He meet with children and families affected by the typhoon and volunteer for few days.
In July 5, 2016, John Mark organized a gift-giving to the less fortunate children in Valenzuela, Metro Manila and gave poor children food, clothing and other basic needs. It was his birthday gift supported by his friends and alumni.
In May 2017, he became an advocate for Phayathai Babies Home Foundation Bangkok & Happiness Foundation Thailand , having been a supporter of the organization since 2016. As an advocate, he visited parts of Bangkok to raised funds and support all the children with Disability and Orphanage. The charity focuses on disadvantaged and vulnerable children across Thailand. Projects it supports provide full care to all babies and children, including accommodation, education and medical care to over a 300 children's. It also supports health, education and nutrition projects.
In his capacity as Volunteer and advocate, John Mark visited Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, Macau, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, several cities across Thailand and his native country, the Philippines.
