Justin Alexander Joseph (September 23, 1993 - January 1, 2022) known professionally as J $tash was an American rapper from Florida. In 2014, he released his singles "Guerillas" and "Nuthin".[1]

Early life[edit]

Joseph was born in New York and raised in Broward County, Florida. When he started rapping at the age of 16 and moved back to New York at the age of 19.[2]

Career[edit]

In May 2014, Joseph released his single "Nuthin", a remix featuring A$AP Mob member A$AP Ant. He released his singles "Guerillas" and "Flexin", featuring Rapper Maxo Kream.[3]

In April 2016, he released his first mixtape "Hood Rich" when he signed as the second artist of Rich The Kid's Rich Forever Music.[4]

Legal issues[edit]

In October 2014, Joseph turned himself in to the police, facing charges of domestic violence that began around September 2014.[5]

Death[edit]

On January 1, 2022, Joseph died by suicide after he allegedly shot and killed his girlfriend.[6]
