Janani Ashok Kumar (born 28 November 1992) is an Indian actress who primarily works in Tamil television while also appearing in films. She made her acting debut in the film Nannbenda in 2015. She is best known for her roles as Sharanya Pandi in Naam Iruvar Namakku Iruvar season 2 and Bharathi in Idhayam.[2][3][4]
Career
Janani Ashok Kumar began her career in the 2025 film Nannbenda which was directed by Jagadish where she played a small role.[5][6] She gained recognition for her roles in television such as Sembaruthi and Idhayam.[7][8] She is also known for appearing in films such as Yemaali (2018) and Hit List (2024).[9] In 2023, she also participated in the movement of banning the betting app Lotus 365.[10][11]
