Jasmine Stiles
Jasmine Stiles is a professional swimmer, paddler, teacher, and athlete. She ran the Boston Marathon in 2007.[1] She is currently a physical education teacher at Carmel Valley Middle School.
Career
Stiles qualified for the U.S. Masters Swimming Nationals since 2011. She earned eight medals at the competition in 2013.[2] She finished top five in the country. She has won many first place medals in the breaststroke and backstroke.[3] She has been teaching since 1994.
Awards in teaching
Stiles was awarded with three Crystal Apple Awards and the Sylvan Learning Center Outstanding Teacher award.
Education and Teaching Career
She attended Cleveland State University and graduated with a Bachelor's in education. She was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She taught in Ohio for five years before moving to San Diego.
