Early life and Education
Jaswinder Singh was born in New Delhi Inn 1988 and has spent most of his life in the city. He had early ambitions of becoming a Martial Art player since a young age, belongs to sports man family his father is a hockey player & coach family financial condition was not strong, so he need to quit and focus on studies, but he is week in studies while doing studies he also does part-time job and cook food for friends and families. He got motivate from his childhood friends and get advice from his uncle from the USA after completing 12th he applied in culinary school. Jaswinder Singh studied at S.D Public School in East Patel Nagar. Diploma from Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition Pusa, New Delhi, India. The Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India- national hospitality skill certificate. STCW stands for ‘Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keeping AQUATECH INSTITUTE OF MARITIME STUDIES New Delhi. India.

Jaswinder Singh was recruited as a trainee to the Colonel's kababz, New Delhi in 2009. He went on to work as a Commi 1 at Colonel's kababz
He moved to UAE in 2010 taking on the position of Continental Chef at Capital Hotel Ras al Khaimah UAE. 2011 Catering Unit in Umm Al Quwain UAE as a Catering Chef. Grand Millennium Dubai 2011 to 2016 joined as a Demi Chef De Partie Promoted to Chef De Partie aslo worked in Belgium Beer Café The Westend Hotel Patna India as a Corporate Chef Executive Chef ARC Hospitality & Basil & Spice Restaurant Dubai 2016 to 2017, Corporate Executive Chef at Godfather Lounge & Bistro and Spellbound in Guru gram & Noida India. 2018 to 2020. Co-Founder or CHEF CLOUD KITCHEN (home delivery unit in 2020) Covid 19 pandemic time he is doing the one man show. He worked with chefs like Corrado Pani [1] Izzat Hussian [5] [2] Early in Career he also worked as a freelancer BARTENDER & MIXLOGIST Molecular Bar designer. He also worked as Freelancer Restaurant Consultant around with globe. Currently he is in Royal Caribbean Cruise line company USA selected in Feb 2020 .
