Jeannie Ng-Sandoval, publicly known as Jeannie Sandoval, is a Filipino politician who has served as the Mayor of Malabon since 2022 and formerly served as Vice Mayor from 2013 to 2019.
Early life
She finished her elementary and secondary education and her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University.[1]
Political career
In 2013, she was elected as Vice Mayor of Malabon, this time under the United Nationalist Alliance, competing against their vice mayor candidates. but later, Sandoval then went on to run for his second term during 2016 and the time under Nacionalista Party, competing against their vice mayor candidates.[2]
In 2019, Sandoval lost the mayoral election against then-incumbent Mayor Antolin Oreta III.[3] Then in 2022, she was elected as Mayor of Malabon, defeating Lorenzo Oreta, brother of Antolin III.[4]
Personal life
She has been married to former Malabon representative Federico "Ricky" Sandoval II.
