Jenfi is a fintech company based in Singapore.[1] Jenfi is known for launching a revenue-based online financing platform, which provides funding directly to small businesses in non-dilutive financing and revenue-share arrangements.[2][3]
Formation and business model
In May 2019, Jenfi was launched by entrepreneur Jeffrey Liu and Justin Louie with a goal to fund small businesses based on revenue-share arrangements.[4][5] Primarily, Jenfi focuses on small businesses in Singapore and other East Asian countries.[6] [7]
Jenfi officially launched its offering to the public in October 2019, introducing a flexible repayment model that enables small and medium-sized enterprises to repay via a portion of their revenues.[8] The company primarily funds marketing and growth expenses.[9]
Jenfi has secured $1.2 million to date and is backed by Y Combinator.[10][11]
