Jill Didier is a former mayor of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA.[1] Didier was first elected as an alderwoman in 2006, defeating the incumbent Alan Kopischke by just over 100 votes. She served as alderwoman for two years before being elected mayor in 2008 over Alderman Jerry Stepaniak.[2] She took office on April 15, 2008.[3] While in the midst of seeking reelection, Didier resigned as mayor on December 15, 2011, to accept a position as economic development coordinator in the administration of the Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele.
