Jimmy Harrity is an American politician who serves as one of the At-Large Representatives on the Philadelphia City Council since 2022. [1]
Career[edit]
Harrity served as Sharif Street's Executive Office Director before Street become chairman of the state party and appointed him the Political Director of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party. Harrity was nominated to replace Allan Domb who resigned to run for mayor over other candidates by the city committee. He defeated Republican Drew Murray in the Special Election. He will represent all of Philadelphia on the city council.[2]
