Jim Palazzo (born March 10, 1969) is founder and CEO of Transitions Lifecare. Transitions provides a full scope of hospice services in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Pennsylvania.[1][2]

Career

Jim graduated from Purdue University.[3] He began his career with Alden Management Services and then acquired and started several healthcare-related companies beginning in 2005.[4] His first was the acquisition and substantial renovation of East Bank Center.[5] Since founding Transitions Hospice in 2007, he additionally founded multiple healthcare companies that provide an array of healthcare services that work in unison with Transitions Hospice including Advanced Therapy Solutions which provides physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation therapy for geriatric patients.[6] In 2021, Transitions received backing from Lorient Capital and acquired Pilgrimage Hospice with plans to continue their expansion.[7]
