Joanna Penn

Joanna Penn, known as 'Jo-Jo', is a British political adviser. She has served as Deputy Downing Street Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Theresa May since 2016.[1] She previously worked as a policy adviser at the May Home Office alongside former Chief of Staff Fiona Hill.[2]
