Jobo International

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Jobo International GmbH is a German manufacturer of analog photography and darkroom equipment based in Gummersbach.[1] The company was founded in 1923 by Johannes Bockemühl, who presented his photography equipment at the Leipzig Trade Fair that year.[2] The company's products range from portable lightboxes[3] to safelights,[4] film and print processors[5] for classroom use,[6] and developing tanks,[7] among other items.

The company produced a digital camera attachment in 2007 called Photo GPS that allowed for recording GPS data attached to each photo taken, with the resulting information attached to the image's Exif metadata after import to a computer. The device received modest press coverage.[8][9]
