John Rochon, Jr.
John Rochon Jr. is Vice Chairman and CEO of Richmont Holdings. He is Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Investment Committee, and Member of the Board of Directors for CVSL. He is an expert in capital markets and is experienced in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, technology and the structuring and management of new business opportunities.
Education and Career History[edit]
Mr. Rochon received his degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. After graduating from SMU, he worked on Wall Street at JPMorgan Chase before returning to Dallas. He has run the Rochons' family office for more than a decade, and currently oversees the holding company's financial analysis of potential business transactions. Mr. Rochon plays a leading role in guiding strategic planning for Richmont and its micro-enterprise holding company CVSL.[1]
About CVSL[edit]
CVSL is a community of multiple micro-enterprise companies, each maintaining its own unique brand, knit together in a publicly traded company (stock symbol: CVSL) as a network of networks. CVSL was founded in 2012 by its chairman, John Rochon.
The CVSL community currently consists of The Longaberger Company, an American maker of handcrafted baskets and other home décor items, Agel Enterprises, a global seller of nutritional products in gel form, Your Inspiration at Home, a maker of spices and other gourmet food items, Uppercase Living, seller of vinyl expressions, Paperly, the leading direct seller of personalized stationary and gifts, Tomboy Tools, seller of high-quality tools designed specifically for women, My Secret Kitchen, UK-based maker of gourmet foods, and Golden Girls, international buyer of precious metals and jewelry.
Each company within CVSL maintains its own unique identity, leadership, and brand, but utilizes some shared financial and communications services through a centralized management team. The U.S. management team is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. CVSL's European headquarters is located in Luzern, Switzerland.
