Jonathan Avildsen
Jonathan Avildsen is an American actor who has played a handful of minor roles mostly in feature films, with a few appearances in television. Jonathan went through most of his life jobless, and has very little to show for it. He has a lengthy criminal record.
Acting career[edit]
Jonathan's most notable parts were in The Karate Kid Part III playing Cobra Kai villain Snake and then in Rocky V as a drug addict. His father, John G. Avildsen directed both films. Avildsen's role as Snake – the cackling sidekick to "Karate's Bad Boy" Mike Barnes – in The Karate Kid, Part III marked the pinnacle of his career. The reason why he had any roles at all was because of his father, and despite his connections, his career never took off.
