Joseph Burke (lawyer)
Joseph Burke is an Australian criminal lawyer[1] and councillor candidate for the 2020 City of Melbourne election.[2]
Burke was educated at St Kevin's College, Melbourne, and holds degrees in Science, Arts and Law from the University of Melbourne.
He is notable being for acting for an accused who sold the gun which was used in the 2017 Brighton siege, [3], and also representing another lawyer who was charged with fraud. [4]
