KMC MAG Group
KMC MAG Group is a Philippine-based real estate services provider and one of the fastest-growing and highly commended real estate agencies in the Philippines.[1] It was also recently affiliated with global real estate firm Savills, a London Stock Exchange listed real estate services provider.[2] KMC is among the first real estate firms to cater to one of the underserved markets in the Philippines, foreign companies/BPO in the SME segments.[3] The company also developed one of the first online aggregators of property listings in the Philippines, which currently has over 4,000 listings of buildings and properties all over the country as well as one of the comprehensive real estate data management and reporting system in local real estate, My.KMC.
Services and Real Estate Listings[edit]
KMC provides a full suite of real estate services ranging from tenant and landlord representation to real estate consulting and research as well as hotels and leisure. As the company is highly involved in tenant representation, KMC offers free property listing and advertising services on its website via KMC MAG Group's List Your Properties page and Listings page. This is an important initiative as transparency and access to organized listings and accurate real estate information are part of the issues of corruption in the Philippines.
Real Estate Data in the Philippines[edit]
In spite of being a relatively smaller and local firm compared to its competitors, KMC MAG Group is able to provide free access to real estate data and reports. KMC's most recent market commentary on record bids that artificially increases prices and might lead to a possible real estate bubble in the Philippines was published in several news outlets, including Bloomberg and several local papers.[4] The company also produces free Philippine market and forecast reports and holds regular roundtable discussions to discuss current real estate trends.

KMC MAG Group was established on March 2009 by Gregory Kittelson, Michael McCullough, and Amanda Rufino Carpo. Initially, the company based in Rufino Pacific Tower had only one broker focused on corporate office market. In 2010, the company expanded its services to include residential transactions and in 2011, acquired an office space in Picadilly Star to enter the Bonifacio Global City market. In 2013, KMC became an international associate of Savills.[5]
