History
In 2001 it was incorporated as a private limited company and diversified into telecom towers, optical fiber cable (OFC) installation and maintenance, and manufactured structural products.[4][5][6][7]
A draft red herring document was submitted in January 2024 for an SME IPO on the NSE Emerge and BSE SME platforms, aiming to raise funds to improve the manufacturing capacity, and setting up a new facility in Matar, Bharuch."[8][9][10][11]
Company was successfully listed on BSE SME in March 2024.[12][13][14]
