Kano is a British technology company headquartered in London that produces do it yourself (DIY) computer kits and software.[1] Kano was founded in January 2013 by Alex Klein, his cousin, Saul Klein, and Yonatan Raz-Fridman. Alex Klein currently serves as the company's chief executive officer (CEO).[2]

In 2018, Kano partnered with Warner Bros. to release an electronic Harry Potter wand that teaches children how to code.[3] In 2019, the company partnered with Microsoft to release the Kano PC, a transparent and modular laptop and tablet which runs Windows 10 and Kano's software suite.[4] In April 2019, Kano announced it had received a £14 million funding package from HSBC, which the company planned to employ for expansion in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America.[5]
