Prince Group is an Indian multinational conglomerate, headquartered in Bathinda, Punjab, India.[2][3] It operates in 8 countries with more than 70,000+ employees worldwide.[4] The group was founded by the merge of Prince Dhillon Group in 2004. The group has interests in Petroleum, Retail, Steel, Automobile Engines, and Technology.

The group had a revenue of approximately ₹1,32,973 crore (US$18.53 billion) in the year 2019.[5][6] It is the seventh-largest private sector conglomerate behind Tata Group with revenue of just over US$110 billion, RIL with revenue of US$90 billion, Aditya Birla Group with revenue of US$48 billion, SBI with revenue of US$39 billion, Adani Group with revenue of US$18 billion, Bajaj Group with revenue of US$6 billion, Godrej Group with revenue of US$4 billion.[citation needed]
