Kili MedAir provides helicopter medical evacuation, private helicopter charters and remote medicine,[1] to tourists, mining, oil and gas industries in Tanzania. Kili MedAir Medical Facility in the only remote medicine facility in Tanzania to practice mountain medicine, treating mountain related sickness from Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru.
Major Operations of Kili MedAir focuses on deploying helicopters and medical personnel to remote locations like mountain wilderness, remote camps, National Parks and Game Reserves, to medically evacuate individuals in distress and provide critical medical care before hospitalization.[2]

Kili MedAir is a helicopter evacuation company in Tanzania offering medical and emergency evacuation services to tourism and non-tourism industries. Kili MedAir assists tourists visiting Tanzania tourism destinations like Mount Kilimanjaro, Serengeti, Tarangire and other remote locations, with operations focusing on emergence transfer by helicopter from distress/emergency site to a health facility. Along with medical services, Kili MedAir provides medical care to tourists who have remote medical related conditions through remote medicine practices.

Kili MedAir Aviation provides comprehensive helicopter services in Tanzania, as well as health care to tourists visiting Tanzania . The services are categorized into two groups that is Medical and Leisure services. Medical consist of helicopter Search and rescue services at Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Meru and all Tanzania National Parks, medevac in remote camps[3], as well as medical care in its medical facilities.
The company provides helicopter charter services in Tanzania including, helicopter scenic safaris, helicopter vip transfers, lifting and sling works etc.[4]

Kili MedAir Aviatin was founded in 2020 with the aim of establishing sustainable rescue services in Tanzania. Kili MedAir Operations began in 2021 and have conducted several mountain rescue/mountain evacuations ever since.
