Kolawole Sunday(born Kolawole Sunday Isaiah Omoboriowo) is a Nigerian music manager and the founder of Scoop Concepts Media, a talent,music and artiste management company.[1] Kolawole is the organizer of the Ekiti State All Stars and Humanitarian Awards Concert.[2] He is also known as the host of popular Nigerian Tweet-chat,Scoop Naija Chat

Early life and education[edit]

Kolawole was born into a family of four in Ogun State.[3] He grew up living with a family friend during his younger years,serving as a housemaid[4] while he attended school for his primary and secondary education.[5] He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Lagos State University.[6]

Career[edit]

Kolawole’s career began in 2003 when he took part in organizing the Grafton Entertainment concert in Lagos which brought BenieMan to Nigeria.[7] [8]In 2006, he met Denrele Edun and started working as his personal assistant until 2008. [9] when he left to be the general manager of RealBang Entertainment where he was responsible for handling the artists, events, and public relations aspect of the company. During that period, he managed the Ko9dz group, which is now defunct.[10]

In 2011, he organised the ‘’Unstoppable Superman concert’’[11]

Sunday is known for working with Brooklyn World Entertainment,Mr MayD, W4, Mr Wonda, Samklef, Kayswitch.[12][13] In October 2017, He organised the Ekiti All Stars and Humanitarian Awards in Ekiti State.[14]
