Kumbhan is a small village in Bhavnagar District, in the state of Gujarat, India. Located on the coast of the Arabian Sea, Kumbhan was founded by Dayalji Karshanji Vakil. He was associated with king of Bhavnagar maharaj Bhasinhji. There is a " Vakil's House still standing in the center of Kumbhan. His son Ujamlal prospered Kumbhan to become prosperous village by planting mango trees. He also build Kumbhnath temple.[1]
