Kumud Das is an Indian journalist, writer and television presenter from Assam.

Career[edit]

Das hosts a LIVE talk show Siddhanta (Assamese: সিদ্ধান্ত) on DY 365. He started his career as a correspondent to Assamese daily Dainik Janambhumi in 2004. He later shifted to electronic media and joined Assamese-language news channel News Live. Previously, he also worked in Pratidin Time and Assam Talks.[2]

His book Jiwan Enekoiye (2012) consists of interviews & works of eminent journalists of Assam including Bharat Ratna Bhupen Hazarika.[3]

Das is a guest faculty of communication and media at Royal Global University.[1]
