Kyle Christopher Dudek is an American lawyer who is a nominee to be a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.[1]
Nomination to district court
On June 16, 2025, President Trump announced his intent to nominate Dudek to serve as a United States District Judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. On June 25, 2025, a hearing on his nomination was held before the Senate Judiciary Committee. His nomination is currently pending before the Senate Judiciary Committee.[2]
