LEOS Developments is an international private real estate master development company headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. The company entered the Dubai market in 2022. It operates primarily in the residential real estate sector, with active developments in both the United Kingdom and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

History

LEOS Developments began operations in Dubai in 2022 with the launch of Hadley Heights, a residential building located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).[1] The development was recognized at the Arabian International Property Awards with the title of Best High-Rise Residential Development. It was also awarded Affordable Luxury Development of the Year at the Pillars of Real Estate Awards 2024.[2] In July 2024, Leos International entered into a two-year sleeve sponsorship partnership with English Premier League club AFC Bournemouth. Under this agreement, the Leos logo appears on the sleeve of the men's first-team kits (home, away, and third) for the 2024–25 and 2025–26 seasons.[3]

In January 2024, the company launched its third Dubai project, Cavendish Square, located in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT). Construction officially began in August 2024.[4]

In 2025, LEOS launched Weybridge Gardens 4, located in the Dubailand area. This project is part of the company's AED 5 billion pipeline.[5]
