History[edit]
Jake joined YouTube on December 7, 2013.[1] His first video was "Console Banned From Miiverse!" where he discusses the fact of being banned from Miiverse. Jake joined YouTube as a way to move on from Miiverse.[2] On July 5, 2014, he uploaded "Tag! (Flipnote Version)" a Flipnote version of a video called "8 Ways To Bully Old People in Minecraft" by Creeperzone360.[3] On February 18, 2015, he uploaded a old Flipnote sketch from June 19, 2012, called "Funny Dora (Old Spin-off) - Where's the mountain?".[4] On July 20, 2015, Jake made his first YouTube poop, "Crappy Land - Dora Edition" and has 40K views as of January 2024.[5] On January 23, 2016, he uploaded his second YouTube poop, "SammyClassicSonicFan Plays a First Person Shooter" where a YouTuber called "SammyClassicSonicFan" plays Half-Life.[6] On February 27, 2016, he uploaded a YouTube poop called "Ethanb0206 Gets Lack OS X Baabey" where he parodies a video from Ethanb0206 where he gets Barney's operating system. As of January 2024, the video has 113K views.[7] In March 2, 2016, he made a second "YTP Tennis" with Kleeh1954, about Ethanb0206's Barney operating system video.[8] On March 3, 2016, he uploaded "Ethanb0206 Error" where he puts an error with Ethanb0206.[9] On August 19, 2016, he uploaded "Windows Barney Edition", a feature film where Jake plays Black Mesa, but then Barney appears and forces him to install his operating system. As of January 2024, the video has 1.8 million views.[10] On July 26, 2017, he made "Windows Baabey Edition | Full Featured Crap" a YouTube poop of his Windows Barney Edition feature film. On August 17, 2017, he uploaded "OOPS MY SYSTEM CRASHED, BUT I HAD SUPER WHY ANTI-VIRUS" a YouTube poop of Unistal's antivirus Protegent.[11] On September 26, 2017 he uploaded "OOPS, MY UNIVERSE CRASHED, SUPER WHY CAN'T SAVE US NOW" another YouTube poop of Protegent. As of January 2024, the video has 3 million views.[12] In 2018, Jake's graphics card was having problems.[13][14] As an April Fools special, Jake made "Windows Barney Edition 2: The Second Coming" a trailer for the second part of Windows Barney Edition, but Jake claimed there won't be a second part, stating:

On April 26, 2019, Jake deleted his Discord server because he wanted to mainly focus on his channel.[15] On June 6, 2020 and June 7, 2020, Jake uploaded two YouTube poops that he originally planned to remain on his computer: Unreleased Proto YTP and Unreleased Proto YTP 2.[16][17] On June 18, 2020, Jake made "The Revival of Protegent" where Protegent is revived after being a dead meme.[18] On January 15, 2021, Jake made a speedrun of Donald Trump's second impeachment.[19] In 2021, Windows Barney Edition and OOPS MY UNIVERSE CRASHED, SUPER WHY CAN'T SAVE US NOW surpassed views.[20] In 2022, Jake created a file called "Dinosaur" which is a game of Windows Barney Edition.[21] On May 11, 2022, Jake made a video as a response to fans who continue asking for more Protegent YouTube poops, claiming:
like, fr. it's getting difficult to come up with new material using just protegent. so much so that all of these newer vids have just been making fun of the fact that it's been overdone. i dont have any more creative and funny ideas for this, so i'm sorry, but i can't make any more serious protegent ytps.[22]
On April 24, 2023, Jake made a video where 0 divided by 0 is explained using Ace Attorney.[23]
