Lancaster Insurance Services was formed in 1984 and is a specialist insurance intermediary headquartered in the United Kingdom. Based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, it is predominantly known for offering classic car insurance, in addition to a range of other general insurance products.[1]
Motor Shows & Records[edit]
Lancaster Insurance attends many classic car shows in the UK and is also headline sponsor of the annual Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show held in November at the NEC, Birmingham.[2] Lancaster Insurance also set a GUINNESS WORLD RECORD title in April 2015 for the ‘Largest Parade of MGs’ at Rockingham Circuit. 144 classic and modern MGs set the new record on the Oval Track and together set a piece of history.[3][4]
Acquisition[edit]
In 2013 Lancaster Insurance Services Ltd was acquired by the Marker study Group of Companies from Capita Insurance Distribution.[5]
