The Landmark Infratech is a real estate development company based in Mangalore, Karnataka, India. It was founded by G Shabeer on 7th January 2015, and today it's having the first Centralized AC Apartment in Mangalore. [3] It has developed several residential and commercial spaces in and around Mangalore.[4] It's also known for having the first Hanging Swimming Pool in Mangalore. It has been awarded "Realty India Awards-2017" in Dubai[5] [6]for Best Concept and Architectural Project of the Year-South India.
